Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Custom, made-to-order, or backordered items may require additional production time.

Lead times average from 4 - 6 weeks on items being made to order or not in-stock during time of purchase. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Carrier

We ship primarily via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

 

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected service level

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate UPS service to ensure timely and safe delivery.


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout and are based on your delivery address. We no longer offer blanket free shipping to the lower 48 states.

Rates are determined by UPS and reflect actual transportation costs.


 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States via UPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected service.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. RAW Performance Company and its affiliated brands are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS International services.

Important:

All international customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage charges

  • Local taxes (VAT/GST)

  • Any other government-imposed fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

 


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to receive the package:

 

           Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any refund

  • International customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser

 


 

Shipping Damage

 

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the package before signing if possible

  2. Take photos of the packaging and product

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

 


Claims must be initiated promptly in order to be processed through UPS.

 


 

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

  • Check with neighbors and building management

  • Contact UPS directly first

  • Notify us within 5 business days

 

We will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.

 


 

Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Additional carrier fees incurred from address corrections will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
