Ordered direct through their website. Seemed like I should expect 1-3 days for order processing or an email letting me know it was on back order. None of that happened and two weeks later they made the shipping label. Two days after that they actually shipped it. Finally received the kit and started the install, got the first two pieces together and the second clamp they sent was the wrong size. I sent an email hoping they'd see it early Monday morning as I had to wait until the weekend to install the kit. Monday evening, no reply. So I call and am told that THE guy who checks emails wasn't in today. I described my issue to the person that did answer the phone and was told I should just pickup a new clamp from the local auto parts store. And that they could probably get the right size clamp on the way to me when that guy was back on the office. So I'm waiting for that to happen now. With all that said, the craftsmanship is good and the system does sound and look/fit nice.
Exhaust came very well packaged. Install was super fast and simple! Very impressed with everything! Truck sounds way better! Not too loud, just enough noise.

Install took 20 minutes in driveway and it sounds awesome. My favorite purchase for my truck for a nice deep loud sound. Cold starts are sick in the morning

First of all order the competitor series exhaust. Opened it up and was missing clamps due to whoever packaged it didn’t do their job like they were suppose to. Messaged about the missing items and was told it was missed when packing it he exhaust. Then was told they would send a hat and stickers for not packaging everything together the first time and all I got was 2 clamps and that’s it. Message them again about the rest of the order that was missing and was told that they were shipping out that day and here we are 4 business days later and still nothing . The shop is only about an hour and a half from my house. This company is a joke I should’ve gone with a better option. Just beware when gettin your exhaust kits and make sure everything is in the box.

I have a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali with the 5.3L. I had just the TR muffler on my previous Chevy truck. I wanted to go all out and get the complete cat-back kit this go around. If you want aggressive and clean, this is your kit. Brings a smile to my face on every start up. I would suggest and have suggested these exhaust kits to friends for their trucks. Will buy again with next truck.
