For starters the instructions that came with the exhaust were minimal and also incorrect.

The pieces of the exhaust also came bent at the connecting ends and I had bend each of the connecting portions back into place very gently otherwise they refused to fit.

The instructions were incorrect also and for some reason my mid piece with the muffler is completely reversed, granted it all fits together but that is a massive glaring issue if you plan on buying it. The box itself was very well packaged with all of the components inside which begs the question if they even inspected the components that were bent before sending them out.

Exhaust works but the components don’t align correctly given the fact that they were not cut and aligned properly at the factory prior to shipping.

I am debating on selling it used and going instead with the AWE track exhaust since I have never had any issues with their components and instructions.

To be honest, I’m pretty disappointed. This came very highly recommended and I am very underwhelmed by it.

So the exhaust sound on this kit is great. Installation was a breeze so no complaints there.

The only negative is the amount of drone that makes its way into the cabin under load. It can be quite harsh at times. I’m willing to admit it’s probably more my truck than anything, perhaps the lack of sound deadening around the cab. So that is probably something for me to work on but one thing is for sure, this exhaust is aggressive in a good way.

Fit and finish is great, bolts together super easily and fits absolutely perfectly. Quality is great and shipped properly for a high quality product. Sound is a little loud at first but might tone down a bit while driving (same thing happened with my 3rd gen taco). Would definitely recommended.

The exhaust sounds and looks nice but there’s one problem. When I had installed it I watched the video and everything online so that I wouldn’t mess anything up, so I put it all together and tightened everything down, but what I’ve noticed is that on cold starts or when I go to start after a period of time not driving, there’s a drip that happens from 1, sometimes both, connection points where the pieces are held together by clamps. I’ve already readjusted the whole exhaust and readjusted the clamps themselves and tightened everything the most that it can do but there’s still a drip. I tried calling customer support to verify if this is what happens or why to do to fix it but I get no answer out of the dozen of times on different instances trying to call during working hours. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice exhaust and sounds nice but I don’t like the drip because I know it shouldn’t be doing that and I don’t want it to later evolve into rotting/rust in that spot due to dripping. I don’t want to because I shouldn’t need to in the first place but if it’s something I need to go have it welded together into one piece, I’ll do it to prevent any damage from this exhaust leak. Hopefully someone can help me please on what I should do

Did I need it as a first time truck owner in my 50s? Prob not. But I freaking love it! I often will turn the radio off and just hear it growl. Not teenage aggressive. But just enough for you to feel great. I do truly love it and I'm happy I got it.

This exhaust is awesome!
It is throaty and when you want to get into the throttle, it roars! I like that it doesn’t droan when you are just driving normal speeds but it’s there to bark when you want it to.
